• Block and set time for “listening”. To learn, observe, and process the information to coming up with new ideas
• For producers (managers), understand each of your talents and create an environment or system that can help them to learn and grow
• Song Demo: Don’t be afraid of sharing raw ideas with others and get feedback. Do this sooner and more often.
• As a leader, create an environment where it’s okay to share unperfect ideas and not being judged, instead of getting constructive feedback and additional ideas to sharpen it.
